In order to achieve a good bonding bond, the material surfaces to be bonded must be absolutely dry and clean. For cleaning, grease-free solvents such as heptane, isopropyl alcohol or alcohol are recommended.
Gluing touch screen with high pressure and high temperature
During bonding, the highest possible pressure should be exerted and a temperature of at least 15 °C should prevail. The higher the pressure and temperature, the better the adhesive penetrates into the pores of the substrate and the higher the adhesive values can be expected.
