Individual OEM touchscreen solutions

Specialist for individual OEM touchscreen solutions

With our ULTRA GFG touchscreens Interelectronix offers innovative and highly specialized touch solutions. However, many touch applications require technical adaptations or further developments that off-the-shelf touch solutions cannot serve. Interelectronix , together with its partner AD Metro, offers comprehensive engineering services ranging from conception to production.

Engineering Services

  • Analysis and design *Prototyping
  • Measurement and testing technology
  • Material procurement and production preparation
  • Integration consulting

Optical development

Touch applications often require visual development or adaptation. We offer the application of coatings and/or foils to optimize the optical performance of the touch sensor and the LCD stack-up.

Reinforced base

Whether for military, industrial or vandalism-prone applications – only by further developing the touch panel base can a touch sensor be protected against direct, excessive and violent blows. Interelectronix specialises in the use of tempered glass laminations and can achieve optimum sensor impact resistance for any desired strength and pressure load.

Electromagnetic shielding

The use of conductive and particularly transparent ITO coatings, wire meshes or metal-coated films on the touch sensor ensures the required electromagnetic shielding. Interelectronix designs and manufactures touch solutions that comply with the military standard MIL-STD. Index Matched ITO coatings with low electrical resistance, the capabilities of silver grounding busbars and conductive grounding seals are used.

Heaters

Our touch sensor substrates provide an ideal platform for windshield heating, which is required for display applications operating under extreme conditions.

Cosmetic customization

Interelectronix ensures the seamless integration of the ULTRA touch sensor into your ergonomic design. This can be done by screen printing "painted" edges or individually die-cut vinyl overlays.

Sensor Integration

Many touch sensor problems arise due to improper assembly and installation. The involvement of Interelectronix experts at the very beginning of the mechanical design phase often prevents complications later on.
