The addition of these areas follows our strategy of providing our customers with ready-to-install and 100% tested system components that can be integrated into the application with minimal assembly effort.
Front panels for touch panels
The front panel is not only the most eye-catching component due to its function as a holder for the touchscreen and touch display, but also an individual design piece. Front panels shape the appearance of a touch display and actively contribute to the product and brand image.
In many devices, too little attention is paid to the appearance of the display, even though it is the most important component between the device and the user as an HMI.

In order to ensure the best possible realization of our customers' specifications, we offer the individual design of front panels and deliver the touch display ready for installation.
In addition, the front panels can be provided with a full-surface transparency bonding, which means that there are no dirty edges and the possible penetration of liquids is prevented. The films and lamination processes used depend on the desired technology (resistive or capacitive), the surface (glass or plastic), as well as the area of application and future environmental conditions.
Depending on the environmental conditions of the area of application, full-surface laminations can be used or window cutouts can be created.

Our in-house milling shop has powerful CNC milling machines with which we can manufacture any type of front panel individually. Due to the many different milling and drilling required for the production of individual front panels, we have a wide range of tools available. The front panels can be made of aluminum, stainless steel or plastic.
Aluminum support frame
Aluminium is very light and robust, making it ideal for carrier plates. With the help of sub-anodized printing, aluminum carrier plates can be printed in high-quality color and optimal corrosion protection is achieved through subsequent anodizing.
The long-lasting corrosion protection achieved by anodizing contributes significantly to the service life of a touch display system and reduces the cost of operation due to the fact that carrier frames no longer corrogate and consequently no longer need to be replaced.
Stainless steel support frame
Stainless steel carrier plates offer universal protection against almost all risk factors of a harsh application of the touchscreen. The material stainless steel is characterized by the best resistance, but is also somewhat more expensive than aluminum and plastic.
We can print stainless steel carrier plates in color both by screen printing and with modern digital printing. A preparatory sandblasting makes the coloring of your stainless steel support frame even more intense and durable.
Plastic support frame
The cost-effective plastic carrier plates offer a wide range of possibilities in terms of shaping and design. No other material can be shaped so easily and dyed for a long time without further preparation.
With the help of screen printing or cheaper digital printing, plastic carrier plates can be individually printed and impress with their bright colors.
However, plastic is not suitable for use in harsh industrial environments or for applications in the extended temperature range.
