Erweiterter Temperaturbereich
Spezielle Anforderungen an Embedded HMI Touches

"Interelectronix specializes in the production of touch screens and the integration of open frame touch displays for the extended temperature range. Many years of technological expertise, extensive material know-how and an excellent development team qualify our company as an internationally recognized and highly competitive specialist for touch display integrations." Christian Kühn, Managing Director
With the ULTRA Glas Film Glas technology, which is very well known on the international market, Interelectronix offers a patented, resistive touchscreen that is particularly suitable for the extended temperature range. Even in the standard version, the ULTRA GFG touchscreens are specified for the temperature range from -40 degrees to +75 degrees Celsius.

Open frame touch displays, which are based on projected capacitive technology, are offered as a standard product in the temperature range from -25 °C up to 70 ° C.

Through the use of special technologies and processes such as

  • Tightness up to IP 68
  • Optical Bonding
  • temperature-optimized seals
  • Highly resistant mounting tapes
  • Anti-reflection filter - infrared filter
  • UV filter
  • Efficient cooling systems

an Open Frame Touch Display can be integrated into a system that is suitable for temperature ranges that are far outside the standard values of - 40° C to + 75° C.

Durable, safe operation

Already during the development of our Open Frame Touch Displays, considerations for effective cooling are incorporated into the system concept. Therefore, even at higher temperatures, around 90% of our touch display integrations can be operated reliably without active ventilation.

By means of effective heat conductors, the heat is conducted out of the devices, so that safe operation is permanently guaranteed.

Error-free system transition

The starting point of our development work is an exact analysis of the area of application and the associated requirements for materials, technology and integration. The result is an open frame touch display in which an error-free system transition is 100% ensured.
