##CAD – Computer aided design We simulate not only the touchscreen itself, but also the bezel in the carrier plate before production in order to give you an exact idea of the end product and to be able to make any adjustments.
In doing so, we include not only the shaping in the virtual simulation, but also the surface realization of the carrier plates.
With the help of special CAD 3D software, it is possible to create virtual, three-dimensional models of the touchscreen framed in the carrier plate. In doing so, we can record all material properties and thus find a suitable solution. The virtual models not only take into account all physical properties, but are even simulated with surface structure and optical properties.
Before the carrier plate of your touchscreen goes into production, you have the opportunity to realistically check the design and adapt it in consultation.
##CAM Computer aided manufacturing Not only the design, but also the production and printing of our touchscreen carrier plates is computer-controlled.
Thanks to state-of-the-art CAM software, design and shape specifications are transferred directly to production in electronic form, which ensures the error-free transfer of geometric specifications.
The geometric design specifications, which were created with the help of the CAD software, are read directly by the CAM system.
