For the development of customer-specific touchscreens, modern CAD (computer-aided design) software is used, which makes it possible to design virtual, three-dimensional models of the touchscreen to be constructed down to the smallest detail.
In the course of the digital design work, all possible

and checked in advance for their suitability. Thanks to the 3D CAD design, all physical properties can be optimally simulated in order to be able to fully take into account all requirements and optimize them for the area of application even before physical prototype development.
This is particularly essential if there are no concrete design specifications. In these special cases, Interelectronix develops 3-D models and tests all possible product properties until a suitable design is found.
Furthermore, the production conditions and restrictions to be taken into account for series production are already taken into account during the 3D CAD design. Production-related surprises at the start of series production can thus be avoided in advance.
After acceptance, corresponding prototypes are produced from finished 3D models.
